Before & After School Care Information:

Choosing Childcare with Block 8 Academy means choosing a licensed, established childcare centre that allows for multiple subsidies including 
The Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative and the 
Affordable Child Care Benefit. 

Our Before and After School program is not "just daycare". It's a dynamic experience! Kids engage in community adventures, explore the wonders of science, and enjoy thoughtfully planned activities. We encourage social connections while fostering resilience, empathy and social emotional skills.

Mondays: Outdoor Science
Tuesdays: Community
Wednesdays: Music & Drama
Thursdays: Entrepreneurship & Financial Awareness
Fridays: Multicultural Learning

Students are dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon from

Moody Elementary,
Porter Street Elementary, and
Seaview Elementary schools.

We also happily accept parent drop offs in the afternoons for children attending other schools or are enjoying homeschooling. 

Before School care opens at 7am
After School pick up until 6pm
